Australian customers - Postage cost within Australia


All products are sent through the Australian postal system. If you require insurance and if this option is not available to select, put a message in the comments section stating you require insurance. Will have to get back to you with a price for insurance postage. The postage cost for insured postage will depend on parcel size, weight and post code.

Weight from 501 grams to 3 kg send in:

  • ordinary 3kg satchel $11.20 or
  • express 3kg satchel $12.50 or
  • 3kg registered satchel $13.95.


Shipping internationally

Shipping worldwide from Australia, all products are shipped through the postal system.

If you are purchasing 2 items, in some instances (due to the way Australia Post has the weight/price structure) it might be cheaper to send the 2 items separately. For numerous items it is usually cheaper to combine purchases.

Asia/Pacific region is: China, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietman

USA/Canada/Middle East: postage prices to send to the Middle East, costs are the same as for USA and Canada.

UK/Europe/and Rest of the world/: South Africa, African countries, Russia and surrounding countries, Brazil, South American countries, same postage costs.


How long it takes:


  • Registered airmail is available for letter rate which has a maximum weight of 500 grams. Registered mail is not insured and has to be signed for. Registered Air takes 5 to 10 days (some arrive in 5 days while some take longer than 2 weeks).

  • Embroidery/sewing CDs cannot be sent by Registered Airmail - please do not select registered airmail in the checkout process, instead select insured shipping and not registered. International registered airmail is only for letters and paper documents.

  • Airmail takes 5 to 10 business days (some arrive in less than 5 days while some take longer than 2 weeks).

  • Surface Mail takes 2 to 3 months. To be on the safe side, need to allow for a 3 month wait, all depends on when the next ship sails, mail can also be delayed due to Customs checking parcels.

  • Surface mail is not available to all countries.

  • DELAY ~ If your parcel is late it could be the Post Office has mistakenly put it into the surface mail section instead of the airmail or economy air section, fortunately this very seldom happens. If customs check parcels this can also result in a delay.

    • International INSURANCE is not available for letter rate (i.e. for weight under 500 grams). To insurance for weight under 500 grams has to be sent by parcel rate. If you require insurance and it is not offered in the checkout process then please email and request price.

  • Insurance is not available to all countries.

    If you select insured postage, the insurance is for a maximum of AU$100.00, if you require additional insurance state this in the comments section in the checkout process and you will be charged for the additional insurance. For each additional AU$100 of insurance the post office charges AU$2.00.

  • Surface mail is not available to all countries

    Items are usually posted out within 2 business days. Emails are sent out to notify the parcels have been mailed. If you have paid and you do not receive an email after a few days, it could be the email is being blocked by your spam filter, please check your junk, spam or trash file.
