Payment options available:

  1. Credit card; Visa or Mastercard. Sunflower Castle does not process debit cards. A secure server is used to protect your credit card information.

  2. PAYPAL. Can use a credit card or debit card or bank funds via paypal.

Australian customers have additional payment options:

  1. Australia Post Money Order

  2. Deposit into Westpac bank account. Bank account details, Account Name: Sunflower Castle BSB: 034077 Account Number: 177993

  3. Bank Cheque or Personal Cheque.

Prices are in Australian dollars (AU$), to show in a different currency click on 'pricing currency' on the left hand side of the screen.

You will get a confirmation email after your order has been received and a confirmation email when your parcel has been mailed out.

For international buyers, if you select insured postage, the insurance is for a maximum of AU$100.00, if you require additional insurance state so in the comments section. For each additional AU$100 of insurance the cost is AU$2.25.

If you type in your email address wrongly or put in a common, instead of . you will not be able to receive an email confirmation of your order.

If you use a spam filter or if the spam filter setting is on high the order confirmation emails might end up in your junk, spam or your trash file. Or the emails to you might be blocked.

If you have a junk email block list or if you use a filter on your email account, add Sunflower Castle's email address to your safe list so you can be contacted about your purchase or you can receive replies to emails you send
