There are more craft/sewing books and magazines which have as yet not been added to the website.
The website has publications; new, out of print, pre-loved publications. Craft and hobby related books, magazines, patterns and new and original embroidery CDs.
When a publication, book, magazine is new, it will be stated as new in the description. If the description does not state new then it is a pre-loved/used/2nd hand (except in the case of individual pattern packets or embroidery cds as they are always new).
All individual patterns/pattern packets are new and original.
The embroidery CDs are all new and original. Sunflower Castle does not sell used embroidery cds and does not sell copies (copyright laws make it illegal to sell and/or giveaway copies). Sunflower Castle is an authorised seller of the embroidery cds listed on this website.
Some of the publication titles are out of print (OOP) and some are new/current titles. Sometimes there is only 1 or 2 of each title. Sunflower Castle identification is sometimes visible on the scanned web pictures and is not on the actual items.
There are no refunds or exchanges due to 'change of mind' or 'made wrong selection', please choose carefully. If I make a mistake I will rectify the problem. A record is kept of all the despatched products/parcels and their weights.
Items are posted out within 3 to 4 business days (most are mailed out within 24 hours).
